ASYCC Erosion Control Crew
 Have you noticed erosion caused by wave action, storm events, or foot traffic paths on your property? If so, the ASYCC Erosion Contol Crew (ECC) can help free of charge!! Each year the ECC completes conservation projects on properties within Goose Pond, Loon Pond, Mousam Lake, and Square Pond. Think you might have a erosion problem? The Erosion Control Crew (ECC) is a group of local high school aged students working under the direction of a crew leader. The crew works together to install conservation projects around Goose Pond, Loon Pond, Mousam Lake, and Square Pond. These conservation projects are for landowners, business owners, and municipalities who request the services of the ECC. The ASYCC ECC provides labor at no charge, the property owners are merely asked to supply the project materials.
The ECC is funded by the towns of Acton and Shapleigh, Mousam Lake Regions Association, Square Pond Improvement Association, State Grants, and private donors
